Bitcoin deposits require 1 blockchain confirmation, which typically takes 10-30 minutes depending on network congestion. Monero (XMR) deposits require 10 confirmations for enhanced security, which usually takes about 20-40 minutes.

When you make a purchase, your funds are held in a secure escrow wallet managed by the market. The vendor ships the product, but does not receive the funds until you confirm receipt or the auto-finalize timer (14 days) expires. This protects buyers from non-delivery scams. If an issue arises, you can open a dispute.

Yes. If your order has not arrived near the end of the 14-day escrow period, you can extend the timer. Basic members can extend escrow up to 2 times (7 days each), while Premium members can extend it up to 3 times, ensuring you have enough time for delivery before funds are released.

If an order does not arrive or is defective, you can open a dispute before the escrow timer expires. This halts the auto-finalization. You and the vendor can communicate to resolve the issue. If no agreement is reached, a market moderator will review evidence (tracking, photos, etc.) and decide whether to refund the buyer or release funds to the vendor.

To become a vendor, you must register a new account and pay a non-refundable vendor bond of $300 USD. You must also set up PGP encryption for all communications. Vendors are vetted for quality and must adhere to strict rules regarding prohibited items and shipping policies. Commission is 4% on sales.

TorZon Market maintains strict ethical standards. Prohibited items include child pornography, hitman services, weapons/explosives, poisons (including fentanyl), and prostitution services. The sale of personal data that could lead to harm is also restricted.

Support is available via the ticket system located in your user dashboard on the market. Do not try to contact admins via clear-net email or social media. For general inquiries, consult the market's internal forum or wiki.

If you have set up PGP 2FA, you may be able to recover your account or reset your PIN by contacting support and proving ownership via a PGP signed message. If you have not set up PGP and lose your PIN/Password, your account and funds are permanently lost. Admins cannot restore access without cryptographic proof of ownership.
